LifeProof Seasoned Wood Discontinued: Specs and Matching

2026-10-16 · discontinued-flooring

LifeProof Seasoned Wood is a gray-brown, multi-width luxury vinyl plank sold by The Home Depot under its LifeProof brand as model I114813L. The color has been discontinued. The Home Depot product page is still online, but recent reviews and questions on it come from owners who cannot buy new cases, so extra flooring for a repair or an unfinished room usually has to come from leftover boxes. leftover ID hub: LifeProof Seasoned Wood I114813L.

Background

LifeProof is a flooring brand sold through The Home Depot. LifeProof vinyl plank warranty documents name Halstead New England as the company that backs the product. Seasoned Wood belonged to the 6 mil rigid core line, which the retailer described as using ISOCORE construction.

The floor appears to have been sold earlier under another name. A homeowner who installed it wrote on the blog Just Call Me Homegirl that it was first labeled Allure ISOCORE in the color Harrison Pine Dark and was later renamed LifeProof Seasoned Wood without a change to the product. The matching Zamma moldings on homedepot.com carry both names, listed as “Seasoned Wood/Harrison Pine Dark/Augusta Wood.”

Since late 2024, the Home Depot listing has collected questions from customers who need a few more boxes to patch or finish a floor. A November 2025 review gave three stars only because the color could no longer be bought.

Identifying the floor

Check these points before buying from a private seller:

• Box label. The end panel should show model I114813L or store SKU 1002241674. Older boxes may read Allure ISOCORE Harrison Pine Dark.
• Plank mix. Seasoned Wood has three plank widths in one floor and a length of about 47.6 in. A floor with one uniform width is a different product.
• Edges and sheen. The planks have straight edges with no beveled groove and a low-gloss, textured surface. Owners describe the tone as gray more than beige.
• Thickness and wear layer. A 2026 question on the Home Depot page asked whether the floor was 6 mil or 6.5 mil. These are separate figures. The plank is 6.5 mm thick overall, and the wear layer is 6 mil (thousandths of an inch).
• Trim. Zamma trim labeled Seasoned Wood/Harrison Pine Dark/Augusta Wood is a useful clue, but the same molding was made for more than one floor, so it does not confirm the plank on its own.

The same box-label approach is used for laminate, as described in the entry on identifying TrafficMaster Saratoga Hickory by its model number. Renamed colors also cause confusion with other store brands; TrafficMaster Lakeshore Pecan was followed by a product with a similar name and a different tone.

Where leftover cases turn up

With no new stock, buyers rely on secondary sources:

• A store flooring desk can search remaining inventory by SKU 1002241674, though stock has been reported as zero.
• Liquidation stores and online auctions have carried the product. Jackson Liquidation in Michigan and RUCK Delivery have listed it, both now out of stock, and a 2019 K-BID auction in Minnesota sold a single box.
• A long-running r/Flooring thread titled “Discontinued LifeProof LVP” contains repeated requests for Seasoned Wood, from one case to 35 cases. One homeowner in California’s Central Valley posted that they had 44 boxes to sell.
• Marketplace listings are often vague. Search for both “Seasoned Wood” and “Harrison Pine,” and keep a photo of the installed floor for comparison.

Readers looking for this color can browse the Discontinued Flooring Finder or find or sell boxes (always free to ask, and free to list).

LifeProof is a Home Depot line. If your carton is Costco Harmonics or Lowe’s Style Selections instead, start with the Costco / Harmonics reference or the Lowe’s Style Selections reference.

LifeProof installation instructions say to keep leftover planks because they are color-matched by dye lot to the installed floor. Boxes from another lot may differ slightly, so lay a few planks next to the existing floor in daylight before installing them.

Options when no match is found

• Room break. Start a different floor at a doorway and join the two with a T-molding. A Zamma T-molding in this color (model 0157223779) has been sold for that purpose.
• Move original planks. Take planks from a closet or under fixed furniture for the visible repair, and fill the hidden area with a substitute.
• Close substitute. Look for a gray-brown vinyl plank with low gloss, straight edges, and mixed widths. Do not assume another LifeProof product, including 22 mil versions, will lock into the existing floor. Compare thickness and the locking profile first.

More detail on blending is covered in what to do when you run out of flooring mid-project.
