How to ID a Lowe’s house-brand floor

1. Photograph the carton end: Style Selections or allen + roth strip, color name, and any model / item string.
2. Measure a spare plank: thickness including pad, width, length, locking type.
3. Search leftovers by exact color name and model string. Ignore “similar oak” suggestions from other retailers.
4. If the label is gone, pull a closet or hidden plank and compare edge profile before posting a Match listing.

How Lowe’s model strings usually look

On Style Selections and allen + roth carton ends, identifiers cluster into a few patterns. Photograph the full end label; do not invent a code from a web listing.

• SSPL### — Style Selections laminate-style codes (examples on depleted lists: SSPL500, SSPL700).
• AR### — allen + roth short codes (examples: AR306, AR137, AR525).
• Six-digit Lowe’s item strings — often printed beside the color name (examples: 658100, 392045, 421860).
• Long hyphenated item strings — Lowe’s-style print like 368001-00250 or 367721-00220.
