What FlooringFX is

FlooringFX is a free board where people post requests for discontinued flooring and list leftover boxes. We do not sell flooring, hold payments, ship anything or broker deals. Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly, and FlooringFX is not a party to any sale, trade or agreement between users.

Your posts

You are responsible for what you post. Listings, requests and comments must be accurate, legal and your own. Do not post someone else’s personal details, spam, or misleading descriptions. By posting, you allow us to display, edit for length or format, and remove your content on this site. We may remove any content or block any user at any time, for any reason, including suspected spam or fraud.

No warranty

We do not inspect, verify or guarantee any flooring listed here, including its condition, quantity, dye lot, age, authenticity or fit with your existing floor. Product names, SKUs and replacement suggestions in our guides are offered as help, not as a guarantee. Check everything yourself before you pay or install. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Safety

Meet in public places, inspect boxes before paying, and avoid wire transfers or payment methods you cannot reverse. Report suspicious activity to match@flooringfx.com.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jacob Rinard and FlooringFX are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from any dealings between users, including indirect or consequential damages. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to $100.

The site links to retailers and may show ads. We are not responsible for third-party sites. See the Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure and Privacy Policy.

Governing law
