While there are different ways to install hardwood flooring here is a pretty good video that at least shows you a few good things.
This short video shows how to install solid wood flooring onto a concrete base using Rewmar MS Polymer flexible adhesive. This adhesive is so easy to use and contains no solvents. Perfect for sticking down both solid hardwood flooring and engineered hardwood flooring.
This is a decent video. Some would install the flooring differently, but you get the idea.
