The SoftSeal Foam Film Underlayment is an all-in-one moisture barrier and sound reducing underlayment designed for fast and easy installation over concrete subfloors. One roll of SoftSeal Underlayment covers 100 square feet of laminate flooring after overlap.
This underlayment I have used often and recommend highly. It is easy to use, and priced right. The SoftSeal underlayment deadens the sound nicely and does the job with its moisture barrier.
At just over $30 a roll, this is one of the best ways to go. The SoftSeal Foam/Film Underlayment is midlevel and most people will be very happy with this underlayment.
