Laminate Flooring
Laminate flooring mimics the look of traditional woods while offering easy installation and lasting durability. At quick glance at laminate flooring, it can often be difficult to spot the difference between hardwoods and laminate flooring. What appears to be a natural wood grain pattern is really a thin layer of decor paper (a photographic image) under a tough-as-nails protective film that is glued and pressed to a high-density backing board. Laminate flooring has many advanatages over other types of flooring the main advantages are that it is easy to install is very hardwearing and relatively inexpensive compared to real hardwood flooring.
Laminate flooring is a floating floor, which means it does not fasten directly to the sub-floor. Instead the laminate flooring planks are clicked together. This enables the laminate floor to be fitted fast and with no real mess. You can walk on your floor immediately following installation.

I’m trying to find out who manufactures Traffic Master Floor Laminate (pergo) for Home Depot, the Livingston Oak pattern, manufactured in “Slovakia”. The Bar code # on the box end is; 8 581720 420214, the “SKU” # is ; 620 173. also whether or not there is formaldehyde used in it’s manufacture and if it produces any “off gassing” and for how long it does and WHAT it does, if, it truly does. We are a few cases short as well of the Livingston Oak (Trafficmaster). Home Depot told us how many boxes to buy and we added a few more than that but we ended up short for the last room!!!!
ANYONE HAVE ANY EXTRA WE CAN PURCHASE?
